Our journey begins with our founder, an engineer who had a distinguished career in top management with multinational companies across the globe . With extensive experience in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, he held significant roles in some of the world’s leading corporations. However, after years of working in the corporate world, he chose to follow his true passion: tourism.

Driven by a deep love for Italy and its cultural richness, he transitioned into the tourism industry and has spent over a decade honing his skills. During this time, he worked in various roles, from tour operator to tour guide, and business partner with international tour operators. His expertise in managing cross-cultural experiences and delivering personalized services has allowed him to build a profound understanding of what travelers truly seek when exploring a new destination.

In 2020, together with his wife, he co-founded I Love Italy Tours, a project focused on incoming tourism. The vision behind the company is simple: to offer unique, personalized, and enriching travel experiences that showcase the true essence of Italy.
