- More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund (excluding any handling fees).
- Between 7 and 14 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund available.
- No-shows: No refunds for no-shows.
If we cancel for external reasons (e.g., bad weather or government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
