Cancellation & Amendment
At I Love Italy Tours, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexible options to help you adjust your travel arrangements when necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and amendments to your booking. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to modifying or canceling your tour.
1. Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at [info@iloveitalytours.com] or by calling our customer service line. Your cancellation will be processed according to the following guidelines:
More than 14 days before the tour: You are entitled to a full refund, minus any processing or administrative fees.
Between 7 and 14 days before the tour: A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within this period.
No-show: If you fail to show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Us
While we make every effort to ensure that your tour runs smoothly, there may be circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural disasters) that require us to cancel or alter your booking. If we need to cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you the following options:
Full refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the tour.
Reschedule: You may choose to reschedule the tour to a later date or select an alternative tour if available.
In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible, and our team will assist you in choosing the best option.
3. Amendments to Your Booking
We understand that travel plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate changes to your booking where possible. You may request amendments to your booking by contacting us at least 7 days before the scheduled tour. Amendments include changes such as:
Changing the date or time of the tour.
Modifying the tour itinerary or activities.
Adding or removing participants.
Please note that amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Changes made within 7 days of the tour may be subject to the same cancellation terms outlined above. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate your requested changes due to logistical or availability constraints.
4. Special Conditions for Group Bookings
For group bookings (more than 6 participants), our cancellation and amendment terms may differ. If you wish to cancel or amend a group booking, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Special terms for group bookings may apply, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Force Majeure
I Love Italy Tours is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or amendments caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions (force majeure events). In these cases, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred due to such events.

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. Travel insurance can help protect your investment and provide peace of mind in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation.
